黄荣(1911-2012年),壮族,广西巴马人,1928年6月参加革命工作,1929年4月加入中国共产党。历任红三军团四师福建归化军分区报务员、报务主任,红五军团报务主任,上海电信局局长,广西省委交通部副部长、部长,自治区革委会副主任,自治区党委常委,自治区人大常委会主任、党组书记。1985年7月离职休养。
