本文介绍了浙开线点啮合齿轮传动——简称JDC型齿轮传动的性能试验和强度试验的情况。通过性能试验测出了在不同转速下JDC型齿轮减速器的二条效率曲线,在额定功率时减速器的效率达到97%以上,齿轮副的啮合效率达98%以上。同时也测出了减速器的空载噪声曲线,当转速在1110转/分以下时,噪声不超过60分贝,通过频谱分析,绘出了在不同功率时高速级的啮合齿频曲线,在额定功率时不超过65分贝。减速器的强度试验共运转3426小时。试验结果表明,JDC型齿轮的接触疲劳强度比渐开线齿轮提高1.93倍,弯曲疲劳强度比渐开线齿轮堤高15%,铁谱分析也证明这种齿轮的磨损较小,根据试验初步表明,它是一种高效率、低噪声、具有高承载能力的齿轮传动。
This paper introduces the performance test and strength test of ZheKai line meshing gear transmission - JDC gear transmission for short. Through the performance test, the two efficiency curves of the JDC gear reducer at different speeds are measured. The efficiency of the reducer reaches more than 97% at the rated power and the meshing efficiency of the gear pair reaches over 98%. At the same time, the no-load noise curve of the reducer is also measured. When the speed is below 1110 rpm, the noise does not exceed 60 dB. By spectrum analysis, the tooth profile of high-speed meshing teeth at different powers is plotted. Power does not exceed 65 dB. Reducer strength test a total of 3426 hours operation. The test results show that the contact fatigue strength of JDC gear is 1.93 times higher than that of involute gear and the bending fatigue strength is 15% higher than that of involute gear bank. The iron spectrum analysis also proves that the wear of gear is small. According to the preliminary test , It is a high efficiency, low noise, high load carrying gear.
