目的观察刺梨叶对2型糖尿病大鼠脂代谢的影响,并从氧化应激角度探索其可能机制。方法选用2型糖尿病成模大鼠和正常大鼠共36只,随机分为5组:正常对照组(NG),糖尿病模型组(MG)、二甲双胍治疗组(MET)、刺梨叶水提物低剂量组(LD)和高剂量组(HD)。二甲双胍治疗组给予二甲双胍160mg/kg,刺梨叶水提物低和高剂量组分别按250mg/kg W和500mg/kg W给药,实验周期为5周。第5周取血测游离脂肪酸、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和糖化血清蛋白,留血样测SOD和MDA。取枕叶大脑皮层、左心室及胰腺组织用于检测SOD和MDA含量。结果与相应MG组相比较,MET组、LD组和HD组T-CHO及MET组、LD组LDL出现明显下降。刺梨叶水提物低(LD)和高剂量组(HD)血浆、枕叶大脑皮层、胰腺和左心室组织出现了SOD的升高趋势和MDA值的明显下降(P<0.05)。结论刺梨叶能对2型糖尿病大鼠脂代谢起一定治疗作用,抗氧化应激活性是起治疗作用的机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of Cili leaves on lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats and to explore its possible mechanism from the perspective of oxidative stress. Methods Thirty-six type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (MG), diabetic model group (MET), methotrexate-treated group (MET) Low dose group (LD) and high dose group (HD). The metformin-treated group was given metformin 160 mg / kg, and the low and high-dose groups of Erigerone leaf extract were administered at 250 mg / kg and 500 mg / kg, respectively, for an experimental period of 5 weeks. In the fifth week, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and glycated serum protein were measured by blood test. Take the occipital cortex, left ventricular and pancreatic tissue for the detection of SOD and MDA content. Results Compared with the corresponding MG group, the LDL of MET group, LD group and HD group decreased obviously in T-CHO and MET group and LD group. The increasing trend of SOD and the decreasing of MDA in plasma, occipital lobe cerebral cortex, pancreas and left ventricular tissue in low and high dose group (P <0.05). Conclusion Cirii leaf can play a therapeutic role in lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats, and anti-oxidative stress activity is one of the mechanisms that may play a therapeutic role.
