一般认为因引流静脉壁不能承受经过分流传导过来的动脉压,故动静脉畸形(AVM)的破裂多发生予畸形血管的静脉部分。近来有的学者认为增加引流静脉的阻力也易引起破裂出血。但日前尚无该方面的临床和病理观察报告。本文观察了108例脑AVM的引流静脉,就引流静脉对AVM 出血率的影响进行了统计学分析。该组病例共108例,均为幕上AVM,出血者71例,金部病例均行全脑血管造影而确诊。研究结果表明AVM 出血率与下列因素有关系:1.引
It is generally believed that due to the drainage of the venous wall can not withstand the shunt conduction over the arterial pressure, so the arteriovenous malformations (AVM) rupture occurred to the vascular part of the veins. Recently, some scholars believe that increasing the resistance of the drainage veins can easily lead to rupture of bleeding. However, no such clinical and pathological reports have been reported recently. In this paper, we observed the drainage of veins in 108 cases of AVM, and analyzed the effect of drainage veins on the rate of AVM bleeding. A total of 108 cases of this group were on the screen AVM, hemorrhage in 71 cases, the Department of gold were confirmed by cerebral angiography.
