国内首条光学低通滤波器(简称OLPF)专业生产线,目前在星星集团浙江水晶光电科技有限公司启动运行。 光学低通滤波器是一种新型的空间频率滤波器件,与数码相机的CCD或CMOS成像传感器匹配,采用前置滤波方式利用石英的光学特性,使入射光经过OLPF后所形成点列阵与CCD或CMOS的像素周期相匹配,降低图像在光敏面上的频谱宽度,以达到有效抑制高于CCD或CMOS所能分辨的最高频率成份,消除频谱混叠现象,使数码相机获得高清晰的图像。
China’s first optical low-pass filter (referred to as OLPF) professional production lines, the current Star Group in Zhejiang Crystal Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. started operation. Optical low-pass filter is a new type of spatial frequency filter matched with CCD or CMOS imaging sensor of digital camera. The prefiltering method uses the optical characteristics of quartz to make the incident light pass through the OLPF to form a point array and a CCD Or CMOS pixel cycle to reduce the spectral width of the image on the photosensitive surface, in order to effectively inhibit higher than the CCD or CMOS can distinguish the highest frequency components, eliminating aliasing phenomenon, digital cameras to obtain high-definition images.
