1991年5月21～23日,全国高校图工委在北京召开了常委会暨图书馆工作座谈会。参加会议的除全国高校图工委常委外,还有各地区、各部委图工委(图协)的秘书长,共约60人。国家教委副主任邹时炎同志到会看望了大家,并作了重要指示(讲话全文另发)。 会议期间,已调离国家教委的图工委主任朱育理同志也赶到代表驻地,与大家话旧图新。
From May 21 to May 1991, the National Working Committee of Colleges and Universities held a forum on the work of the Standing Committee and the Library in Beijing. In addition to the Standing Committee of the Ministry of Education, Labor and Welfare of the People’s Republic of China, there are also about 60 people who attend the meeting. Comrade Zou Shiyan, deputy director of the State Education Commission came to visit and made an important instruction (the full text of the speech is separately issued). During the meeting, Comrade Zhu Yuli, director of the Commission of Engineering and Planning who had been removed from the State Education Commission, also rushed to the representative station to share with you old remarks.
