在脑室外引流时,一般引流装置产生虹吸现象,可致低颅压。采用一次性输液器改制的脑室外引流装置,可防止上述弊端,可随意调整颅压,不用压力表也可测定颅压。改制方法简单,使用方便,一次性使用。 改制方法 一、将输液器滴壶上下端的管子剪断,滴壶至A管保留5～7cm,A′端保留2cm左右,去掉侧孔盖帽(图1)。 二、把A与A′端插接上(A管外径与A′内径相等),A管另端连接头部引流管。若恐A管与A′
