苏霍姆林斯基曾说过:“要使学习富有成效,那就需要给学生自由时间”。这同样适用于体育教学。最近几年来,我在体育教学中常常给学生几分钟的自由时间,让学生进行各种自由练习。 1.自由消化练习。针对新授课中的教学内容,让学生有几分钟的独立思考,琢磨教师的示范动作和讲述的动作要领,自己进行动作练习。 2.自由组合练习。如武术、基本体操,在教师对集体进行教学后,让学生有几分钟自由结伴、配对、互帮互学练习。 3.自由提高练习。如体操(技巧、低单杠、支撑跳跃等)教学后,允许一部分学生在掌握了所教动作
