Objective: To investigate the value of routine biochemical markers in the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 994 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in a hospital. The clinical conditions were divided into effective group and ineffective group. At the same time, 220 healthy people were selected as the control group for comparison. After statistical analysis, SPSS13.0 software was used to analyze the routine biochemical parameters (including blood lipids, uric acid and blood sugar), and to predict the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage based on routine biochemical indexes. Results: The concentrations of HDL-c and UA in invalid group were higher than those in effective group and control group, and the HDL-c concentrations in effective group were higher than those in control group. The levels of Glu (Glucose) in invalid group and effective group were higher than those in control group, Among them, the invalid group was higher in amplitude, and all the controls were statistically significant. CONCLUSION: High blood lipids, uric acid and high blood glucose levels are risk factors for adverse outcome in acute cerebral hemorrhage. Improving the concentrations of these three biochemical indexes is an important measure to predict the outcome of acute cerebral hemorrhage and improve the prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
