美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机已深刻地影响到我国实体经济。随着经济下滑,潜在的矛盾逐渐爆发。同时,当前形势下也产生了一些新的纠纷和法律问题。作为刑事律师,应当分析当前形势下刑事犯罪呈现出的新特点,确立律师提供刑事法律服务的原则,归纳刑事法律服务的方法和策略,准确适用法律,积极有效地提供法律服务,为经济建设大局服务。同时,要认清当前形势下的潜在办案风险,加强防控。
The international financial crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis has profoundly affected our real economy. With the economic downturn, potential conflicts gradually erupted. At the same time, some new disputes and legal issues have also arisen under the current circumstances. As a criminal lawyer, we should analyze the new features of criminal offenses in the current situation, establish the principle that lawyers provide criminal legal services, summarize the methods and tactics of criminal legal services, accurately apply the law, provide legal services actively and effectively, and provide the overall situation of economic construction service. At the same time, we must make clear the risks of potential handling cases under the current situation and strengthen prevention and control.
