目的:观察白虎汤联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病急性高血糖的治疗效果。方法:将2型糖尿病急性高血糖患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,观察组给予白虎汤联合胰岛素治疗。对2组患者治疗前后的血糖变化,及观察指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]进行分析比较。结果:2组治疗后空腹血糖比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者TNF-α、IL-6以及hs-CRP的水平均显著降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:白虎汤联合胰岛素可以有效治疗2型糖尿病急性高血糖。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Baihu Decoction combined with insulin on acute hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Sixty patients with acute hyperglycemia of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 30 cases. Control group given insulin treatment, observation group given Baihu Tang combined with insulin treatment. The changes of blood glucose before and after treatment were compared with the observed indicators [interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)] in two groups. Results: There was significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment Sexual significance (P <0.05). The difference between the two groups after treatment was also significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Baihu decoction combined with insulin can effectively treat type 2 diabetes with acute hyperglycemia.
