目的:研究MMP-10和VEGF在肾癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术SP法检测56例肾细胞癌(其中20例伴发淋巴结转移)及10例距癌旁>2 cm正常肾组织的MMP-10和VEGF表达,并分析其与MVD等临床病理参数的关系。结果:56例肾细胞癌组织中MMP-10和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为66.1%和73.2%,明显高于正常肾组织的20.0%和30.0%。两者比较差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.003和0.008。MMP-10和VEGF的表达与肾细胞癌的分期、淋巴结转移及MVD有关,P<0.05;而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小和病理类型无关,P>0.05。MMP-10与VEGF在肾癌组织中表达呈正相关,r=0.315,P<0.05。结论:MMP-10和VEGF在肾细胞癌组织中的高表达与肾癌的血管生成相关。
Objective: To study the expression of MMP-10 and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-10 and VEGF in 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma (including 20 cases of lymph node metastasis) and 10 cases of normal renal tissue adjacent to the tumor> 2 cm. Results: The positive rates of MMP-10 and VEGF in 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma were 66.1% and 73.2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal renal tissues (20.0% and 30.0%). The difference between the two was statistically significant, P values were 0.003 and 0.008. The expression of MMP-10 and VEGF was correlated with the stage, lymph node metastasis and MVD in renal cell carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with the gender, age, tumor size and pathological type (P> 0.05). The expression of MMP-10 and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma was positively correlated, r = 0.315, P <0.05. Conclusion: The high expression of MMP-10 and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma is related to the angiogenesis of renal cell carcinoma.
