2003年,报刊治理整顿后,一大批县市报关停并转,留存下来的挂靠在省或市级报业集团。10年过去了,留存下来的县市报和新创办的新型县市报境况总体较好;特别是在新媒体竞争压力巨大,都市报面临困难的情况下,县市报的良好发展尤其令人瞩目。《中国记者》本期视点着重分析县市报的价值、发展空间及启示意义。
