城市的公共交通是我国公共客运系统中重要的组成部分,为我国城市发展做出了重要的贡献。而公交企业作为我国仅有的几大国有行业之一,也面临着激烈的市场竞争压力,要想在竞争中脱颖而出就必须依靠人力资源管理合理应用。但是,目前我国公交企业还没有完善的人力资源管理系统,使得我国公交企业在发展过程中有很大的限制性。本文通过在公交人力资源部门的工作,以及相关文献的查询,旨在探讨如何做好以人为本的公交企业人力资源工作。希望对公交企业的人力资源部门有一定帮助。
Public transport in the city is an important part of the public transport system in our country and has made an important contribution to the urban development in our country. As one of the few major state-owned industries in China, bus companies are also under intense market competition pressure. If they want to stand out in the competition, they must rely on the rational application of human resources management. However, at present, China’s public transport enterprises have not perfect human resource management system, which makes the public transport enterprises in our country have a great restriction in the development process. In this paper, through the work of public transport human resources department, as well as the relevant literature inquiries, to explore how to do a good job of people-oriented public transport enterprise human resources. Hope that the bus company’s human resources department has some help.
