用阳极富集和差分脉冲阴极溶出伏安法测定了血清中5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)含量,用三氯乙酸作沉降剂消除了血清中电活性物质的干扰。研究结果表明,5-Fu可与汞电极阳极极化,产生的Hg(Ⅱ)在电极表面生成难溶化合物Hg-5-Fu,该化合物具有链状大分子结构。
The contents of 5-Fu in serum were determined by anodic enrichment and differential pulse cathodic stripping voltammetry. The interference of electroactive substances in serum was eliminated by using trichloroacetic acid as a precipitating agent. The results show that 5-Fu can be anodically polarized with the mercury electrode, and the Hg (II) generated on the surface of the electrode produces a hardly soluble compound Hg-5-Fu, which has a chain-like macromolecular structure.
