目的:探究人文关怀在老年病房护理工作中的实施临床体会.方法:选择2014年12月~2015年12月我院收治的老年患者120例作为研究对象,患者均采取人文关怀护理模式,观察患者护理满意度与医疗纠纷率.结果:经过护理后,患者总护理满意度达95.83%,医疗纠纷率仅0.83%.结论:将人文关怀运用在老年病房护理工作中,能够有效获取老年患者信任,提升其整体护理满意度,值得推广.“,”Objective:to explore the implementation of humanistic care in elderly ward nursing clinical experience.Methods:in December 2014 to December 2015 120 cases of elderly patients of our hospital as the research object,the patients of the humanistic care,nursing mode is adopted to observe patient care satisfaction and rate of medical disputes.Results:after nursing,the patients with total nursing satisfaction was 95.83%,and the medical dispute rate of only 0.83%.Conclusion:applying humanistic care in geriatric ward nursing work,trust can effectively get older patients,improve their overall nursing satisfaction,is worth promoting.
