通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对杭州市晨练群体现状及管理状况进行了调查分析，从组织学角度研究其管理行为、管理结构、管理过程，提出了构建杭城居民晨练群体社会管理模式的新框架，并对发展杭城居民晨练群体提出了建设性意见。
