在家政服务这个巨大的市场中家政服务人员的供不应求与城市里就业矛盾严重存在,就业岗位僧多粥少的情况形成了鲜明的对照。为了使这一问题能够从根本上得到解决,我以为,家政服务立法迫在眉睫。一、家政服务已经成为一个不可缺少的行业,它的从业者超过了现有的不少行业;二、提高家政服务中介机构的诚信度和工作水平,帮助用户和家政服务员建立良好的劳资关系;三、尊重家政服务人员的人格和劳动,共同创建用户的家庭道德与文明。
In the vast market of domestic service, there is a sharp contrast between the shortage of domestic service workers and the serious employment contradiction in the city. In order to make this issue can be fundamentally resolved, I think that the legislation on domestic service is imminent. First, domestic service has become an indispensable industry, and its practitioners surpass many existing industries. Second, it improves the integrity and work standards of domestic service intermediaries and helps users and domestic service workers to establish good labor-capital relations.
