飞机引气系统结构复杂,引入基于案例推理(CBR)方法以实现故障诊断。在分析故障诊断体系结构的基础上,研究诊断规则的提取、案例表示,以及案例学习等关键技术。重点研究案例的检索,首先依据引气系统的结构建立层次检索模型,以缩小候选案例范围,进而提出动态失效率与参考度的概念,并以此计算参考案例,有效地解决了引气系统故障的季节性问题。最后构建了故障诊断软件原型,并给出应用实例。
The structure of the air-bleed aircrafts is complex, and a case-based reasoning (CBR) method is introduced to realize the fault diagnosis. Based on the analysis of fault diagnosis architecture, this paper studies the extraction of diagnostic rules, case presentation, and key technologies such as case study. Focusing on the retrieval of case studies, we first establish a hierarchical retrieval model based on the structure of the bleed air system to narrow the scope of candidate cases, and then put forward the concept of dynamic failure rate and reference, and calculate reference cases to effectively solve the problem of bleed air system Seasonal issues. Finally, the prototype of fault diagnosis software is built and the application examples are given.
