本文作者详细研究了肾病综合征出血热汉滩(HTN)和汉城(SEO)型病毒核壳蛋白(NP)不同片段的抗原特性,并成功地用于血清分型。作者分别使用了6种和3种含这两种病毒NP基因的不同片段的重组杆状病毒。其中含编码HTN和SEO病毒NP的155~429氨基酸基因的重组片段是通过扩增HTN病毒76-118株和SEO病毒SR-11株的S片段cD-NA而获得。将该PCR产物克隆至pCRⅡ质粒,用EcoRⅠ消化可获得编码155~429氨基
The authors studied in detail the antigenic properties of different fragments of the hemorrhagic fever and neonatal hantai (HTN) and Seoul (SEO) virus nucleocapsid protein (NP) fragments of nephrotic syndrome and successfully used them for serotyping. The authors used six and three recombinant baculoviruses containing different fragments of the NP genes of both viruses, respectively. The recombinant fragment containing the 155-429 amino acid gene encoding HTN and SEO virus NPs was obtained by amplifying the S segment cD-NA of HTN virus strain 76-118 and SEO virus SR-11 strain.
