“析鼻塞式持续正压通气联合不同剂量猪肺磷脂治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果。方法 收集我院2013年6月-2014年6月期间诊治的新生儿肺透明膜病患者84例作为研究对象,所有患儿均给予鼻塞式持续正压通气联合猪肺磷脂治疗,根据猪肺磷脂的不同剂量将患儿分为试验组(40例)与对照组(44例),其中,对照组患儿猪肺磷脂用药剂量为每千克100 mg,试验组患儿猪肺磷脂用药剂量为每千克200 mg,对两组患者治疗前后的动脉血气及再次用药情况进行分析对比。结果 研究结果显示,两组患者治疗前PaO2、PaCO2比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后PaO2 明显升高,PaCO2明显降低,试验组患者的PaO2、PaCO2改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,试验组的再次用药率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 鼻塞式持续正压通气联合大剂量猪肺磷脂治疗新生儿肺透明膜病具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床应用上推广。
To analyze the clinical effect of nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation combined with different dosages of porcine lecithin in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods 84 cases of neonatal hyaline membrane disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were collected. All the patients were given nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation combined with porcine lecithin as study subjects. According to the different dose of phlebitis, the children were divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (44 cases) Group of children with pulmonary phlebitis dose of 100 mg per kilogram, the experimental group of children with pulmonary phlebitis dose of 200 mg per kilogram, the two groups of patients before and after treatment of arterial blood gas and re-medication analysis and comparison.Results The results show PaO2 and PaCO2 in the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05) before treatment. The PaO2 and PaCO2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) .At the same time, the re-dosing rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) .Conclusion Nasal obstruction continuous positive pressure ventilation combined with high dose of oral lecithin for the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease has good Clinical efficacy, should be promoted in clinical applications.
