许多植物,其中包括大豆的同化器官,是由不同生长龄的叶子所组成的,这些叶子的解剖学和形态学的特征、化学成份、酶的活动和光合作用力彼此各異。但是,应当在何种程度上利用这些器官的生长龄的特性来提高农作物的产量的问题,还是悬而未决的。这方面的试验资料还是不足的。我们抱定目的探查大豆个体发育中各种生长龄的叶子内主要各类同化物质的分布。
Many plants, including the assimilation organs of soybeans, are made up of leaves of different growing ages. Their anatomical and morphological characteristics, chemical composition, enzyme activity and photosynthesis vary from each other. However, the extent to which the growth age characteristics of these organs should be exploited to increase the yield of crops remains to be seen. Experimental data in this area is still not enough. We aim to investigate the distribution of major assimilates in leaves of various growth stages in the development of soybean.
