近年来,云南省建材工业公司针对建材产品长期紧缺的状况,改变过去独家经营,仅仅依靠几个直属企业办建材的老做法,本着管好全行业、服务于全行业的指导思想,发挥地区和企业的优势,采取多渠道集资、多形式合作的有效措施,积极支持和扶助大家办建材。我们的做法是: 一、打破所有制界限,全民、集体联合办厂云南砖瓦总厂是一个有30多年历史的国营企业。多年来,厂里培养了一定数量的技术骨干和管理人才。从1980年以来,这个厂先后派出100多人。分别到鲁甸、华宁、普洱、景东等县和一些生产队,帮助新建砖厂27个,并提供全套制砖设备,解决了当地红砖紧缺的困难。
In recent years, the Yunnan Building Material Industry Corporation has changed the past exclusive management by relying on the old practices of several directly-affiliated enterprises in building materials in response to the long-term shortage of building materials products. It is in line with the guiding ideology of managing the entire industry and serving the entire industry. Our approach is: First, to break the boundaries of ownership, the joint set up of the national and collective factories in Yunnan brick and tile factory is a state-owned enterprise with a history of more than 30 years. Over the years, the factory has trained a certain number of technical backbones and management talents. Since 1980, this factory has sent more than 100 people. They went to Ludian, Huaning, Pu’er, Jingdong and other counties and some production teams to help build 27 new brick factories and provide a full set of brick making equipment, which solved the difficulties of the local shortage of red bricks.
