基于机械可靠性理论及蒙特卡罗法原理,结合ANSYS软件的方法,以压力容器为研究对象进行可靠性分析,依据压力容器实际工况,判定该研究对象的设计参数服从正态分布,通过对输出变量进行灵敏度计算与模拟实验,结果表明:模拟次数越多,可靠度误差越小;且对其可靠性影响的主要因素是压力容器的外径。
Based on the theory of mechanical reliability and Monte Carlo method and the ANSYS software method, the reliability analysis of pressure vessel is carried out. According to the actual working condition of pressure vessel, the design parameters of the research object are judged to be normal distribution, The output variables are calculated and simulated experimentally. The results show that the more the simulation times, the smaller the reliability error; and the main factor affecting the reliability is the outer diameter of the pressure vessel.
