With the advent of the 4G era, smartphones are gradually replacing the location of computers, and people’s consumption patterns have also been transferred from computers to mobile devices. Focusing on WeChat public platform, the article focuses on user participation, and uses the marketing advantage of WeChat public platform to transform the platform into enterprise customer mining tools and customer relationship management system so as to promote corporate brand and product.
