目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法采用ＳＰ免疫组织化学法。结果ＰＣＮＡ在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达，随肿瘤细胞组织学分级的增高而明显增强。与肿瘤临床分期、组织学类型无关。ＰＣＮＡ强表达组患者预后较弱表达组明显差。结论ＰＣＮＡ可作为估计预后的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods S P immunohistochemical method was used. Results The expression of PCNA in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly enhanced with the histological grade of tumor cells. It has nothing to do with clinical stage and histological type of tumor. Patients with strong PCNA expression were significantly less likely to have a poor prognosis. Conclusion PCNA can be used as one of the indicators to estimate the prognosis.
