目的:研究miR-23a对人肺腺癌细胞95-D增殖、侵袭和迁移能力的影响。方法:常规培养人肺腺癌细胞95-D,经脂质体转染miR-23a mimic和inhibitors片段后,通过MTT、流式、Transwell实验,观察对95-D细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移能力的影响。结果:MTT结果表明miR-23a mimic可促进细胞生长(P<0.05),miR-23a inhibitors可抑制细胞生长(P<0.05),但抑制率不高;流式结果表明miR-23a对细胞周期影响不大;Transwell实验结果表明miR-23a mimic可以促进细胞侵袭和迁移(P<0.01),而miR-23a inhibitors可以减弱细胞侵袭和迁移能力(P<0.01)。结论:miR-23a可促进肺癌细胞的侵袭转移。
Objective: To investigate the effect of miR-23a on proliferation, invasion and migration of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line 95-D.
