目的 探讨集束电极射频治疗肝癌术后复发的近期疗效。 方法 对 11例肝癌行B超引导下经皮集束电极射频治疗。比较观察治疗前后肿瘤血供变化及近期疗效。 结果 11例病人集束电极射频治疗病灶 19个 ,螺旋CT及彩色超声显示肿瘤内无血供。射频治疗后随访 3个月～ 2年 ,19个病灶均未见肿瘤局部复发。 结论 集束电极射频治疗肝癌术后复发有较确切的近期效果
Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect of cluster electrode radiofrequency treatment of postoperative recurrence of liver cancer. Methods Radiofrequency ablation was performed on 11 cases of liver cancer under the guidance of B-ultrasonography. Compare the changes of blood supply before and after treatment and the recent curative effect. Results Twenty-nine patients were treated with radiofrequency at cluster electrodes. Spiral CT and color ultrasound showed no blood supply in the tumor. Followed up for 3 months to 2 years after radiofrequency treatment, no local recurrence was found in 19 lesions. CONCLUSIONS: Cluster-beam radiofrequency treatment of liver cancer recurrence after surgery has a more exact recent results
