从羊种布鲁氏菌16M中提出的化学组分抗原E包含了菌细胞中大分子蛋白、核酸、完整的菌壁多糖及脂多糖,通过化学处理及修饰提取方法可不同程度使脂多糖丢失。结合动物试验结果,揭示出脂多糖与E抗原免疫原性的内在关系。
The chemical component antigen E raised from Brucella 16M sheep contains macromolecular proteins, nucleic acids, intact bacterial wall polysaccharides and lipopolysaccharide in bacterial cells. LPS can be lost to varying degrees through chemical treatment and modification of extraction methods . Combined with the results of animal experiments, revealed the inherent relationship between lipopolysaccharide and E antigen immunogenicity.
