膨胀管加固技术是一种新型套管加固技术,它是在套损井扩径成功的基础上,下入膨胀管,胀头在液压作用下推动膨胀管整体膨胀,直到紧贴套管内壁。当解除应力后材料仍保持形变与紧贴状态,实现套损段的密封加固。由于膨胀管本体塑性变形膨胀紧贴于套管内壁实现加固,成功地解决了变径井加固后通径小的难题,使得加固后内通径达到φ110mm以上。
Expansion pipe reinforcement technology is a new type of casing reinforcement technology. It expands the diameter of the expansion well on the basis of success, and enters the expansion pipe. The expansion head pushes the expansion pipe to swell as a whole under the hydraulic pressure until it closely sticks to the inner wall of the casing. When the stress is relieved, the material still remains in a state of deformation and close contact, so that the seal reinforcement of the casing is achieved. Due to the expansion and contraction of the expansion body close to the inner wall of the casing to be reinforced, the problem that the diameter of the reduced diameter well is small after the reinforcement is solved successfully, and the inner diameter of the reinforcement reaches φ110mm or more after the reinforcement.
