我们参考有关资料,设计制造了如图所示的铣床快换卡头。卡头基体的外锥度与铣床主轴配合,内锥度与卡套配合。为了使基体壁厚均匀,锥体采用7:24锥度。快速卡套的内孔为4号莫氏锥度,可根据铣刀的不同规格,更换衬套。基体和螺母均开有对称凹槽,卡套带有对称凸台,当螺母锁紧时,基体和卡套即贴紧。由于螺母具有向上压紧的作用,松开螺母,当其凹槽与卡套的凸台对在一起时,快速卡套即自动脱落。
