为了研究水泥基复合材料传输与孔结构的定量关系,采用二次进汞的方法,系统研究了水灰比为0.23,0.35,0.53的硬化浆体在28 d的孔结构参数。研究表明:二次进汞的方法能很好表征有效孔结构参数,其中有效孔隙率是总孔隙率的25%~50%;由孔径分布曲线可知,水灰比为0.53时出现双峰,第一个峰值对应的是毛细孔的临界孔径,第二个峰值对应于凝胶孔的临界孔径,随水灰比的降低,第一峰值逐渐消失;0.23,0.35,0.53浆体对应的第一峰值分别是0.053,0.062,0.077μm。
In order to study the quantitative relationship between the transmission of cement-based composites and the pore structure, the pore structure parameters of hardened paste with water-cement ratio of 0.23,0.35 and 0.53 at 28 d were systematically studied by the secondary mercury injection method. The results show that the secondary mercury injection method can well characterize the effective pore structure parameters, in which the effective porosity is 25% ~ 50% of the total porosity. From the pore size distribution curve, it can be seen that when the water-cement ratio is 0.53, One peak corresponds to the critical pore size of the capillary pores, and the second peak corresponds to the critical pore size of the gel pores. As the water-cement ratio decreases, the first peak gradually disappears. The first peak corresponding to 0.23, 0.35 and 0.53 slurries Respectively 0.053, 0.062, 0.077 μm.
