目的总结2015年福建省卫生监督技能竞赛放射工作人员个人剂量监测盲样考核工作经验,为加强我省外照射个人剂量监测工作的质量控制提供参考。方法制定放射工作人员个人剂量监测盲样考核方案,制备、发放、回收考核样品,对检测结果、资料完整性、数据规范性和不确定度评定进行考核。结果完成2015年我省卫生监督技能竞赛放射工作人员个人剂量监测盲样考评,9支代表队实验室盲样检测结果综合偏差均小于40%,数据规范性评分均未获得满分。结论通过个人剂量盲样考核,可检验我省疾病预防控制和职业病防治机构的个人剂量监测水平,及时发现日常监测过程中存在的不足,提高我省个人剂量监测的整体水平。
Objective To summarize the experience of blind sample assessment of personal dose monitoring for radiation workers in the 2015 Fujian Provincial Health Supervision Skills Competition, and to provide reference for improving the quality control of individual dose monitoring of external exposure to radiation in Fujian Province. Methods A blind sample assessment program for personal radiation dose monitoring was established. Samples were prepared, distributed, and collected for evaluation. Results of test, data integrity, data standardization and uncertainty assessment were evaluated. Results The blind spot test of personal dose monitoring for radiation workers was completed in 2015, and the overall deviation of blind test results in 9 teams’ laboratories was less than 40%. All the data normative scores were not scored. Conclusions The individual dose blind test can test the individual dose monitoring level of disease prevention and control and occupational disease prevention and treatment agencies in our province, find out the shortcomings in routine monitoring in time, and improve the overall level of individual dose monitoring in our province.
