课堂教学是实施素质教育的主阵地,学校校长和教师,要认真学习教育理论,研究教育科学规律,用少的时间,用好的方法,提高课堂效率,提高教育质量。如何加速教师成长的专业化进程,提升教师的教学水平,已是各学校的当务之急。由于受过去的一些思想观念的束缚,一部分教师笼罩在“职业倦怠”的阴影下,工作只是低水平的重复。如何使教师以全新的姿态走进新课程?笔者认为,教学反思是一条行之有效的途径。
Classroom teaching is the main front for implementing quality education. School principals and teachers should conscientiously study educational theories, study the laws of education and science, use less time and good methods to improve classroom efficiency and improve the quality of education. How to speed up the professionalization of teachers’ growth and improve the teaching level of teachers has become a top priority for all schools. Due to the shackles of some past ideas and concepts, some teachers are shrouded in the shadow of “burnout” and work is only a repetition of low level. How to make teachers enter a new curriculum with a new attitude? The author believes that teaching reflection is an effective way.
