近年来国内外对肺癌与血清铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)含量和Cu/Zn比值关系作了较多的研究。本文作者对31例原发性肺癌化疗前后的血清微量元素Cu、Zn水平和Cu/Zn比值做了动态观察,以探讨肺癌病人血清铜、锌的变化与化疗的关系。现将结果报告如下。 对象和方法 病例选择:本次共观察原发性肺癌31例,男性20例,女性11例,年龄33～77岁;全部病例均经病理或细胞学诊断,其中鳞癌8例、腺癌13例,未分化小细
