我院1989年元月至1990年6月对夫妻房事中应用避孕套不当造成破裂者、出差临时回家未即时采用避孕措施者。采取服用双炔失碳酯(53号抗孕片)进行补救避孕措施临床观察。收到满意效果。1 一般资料.150例均为已婚育龄期妇女。年龄最小者22岁;最大者38岁。已产1胎120人,未孕2人,已行人工流产术1～4次者115人次。因房事中避孕套破裂者103人;因爱人外出临时回家未即时采用避孕措施者47人;房事后来我院要求补救避孕措施最短时间为4小时;最长24小时。150例育龄妇女,既往月经均为4～7/23～32天,量中等,为
