对两组妊娠11d的大鼠分别注入氚水和用137Csγ射线照射,累积吸收剂量分别为0、0.0038、0.019、1.9Gy和0、0.07、0.29、0.84、2.68Gy。仔鼠出生后18d取脑组织,经丹酰氯柱前衍生、HPLC法反相梯度洗脱、荧光检测其18种游离氨基酸含量。实验结果表明,随照射剂量的增加,总氨基酸和大多数游离氨基酸含量增多,特别是丝氯酸、羟脯氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、组氨酸、酪氨酸等的含量变化与对照组比较差异显著(p<0.05)或非常显著(p<0.01),表现出明显的剂量效应关系;少数氨基酸如精氨酸+谷氨酸则降低;而苏氨酸、蛋氨酸变化不明显。
Two groups of rats on the 11th day of gestation were injected with tritiated water and irradiated with 137Csγ ray, respectively. The accumulated absorbed doses were 0, 0.0038, 0.019, 1.9Gy and 0,0.07,0.29,0.84 , 2.68Gy. The experimental results showed that the content of total amino acids and most of the free amino acids increased with the increase of irradiation dose, especially the content of chloric acid, hydroxyproline, alanine, glycine, valine, histidine, tyrosine There was significant difference (p <0.05) or very significant (p <0.01) between the change of content and the control group, showing obvious dose-effect relationship; a few amino acids such as arginine + glutamate decreased; Acid, methionine changes are not obvious.
