博深高速公路部分路段位于清林径水库扩容后的淹没区域,作为一级水源保护区,为了满足库区对高速公路防撞、防抛及防排的功能要求,通过带混凝土侧墙的边梁、钢桁架及彩钢板,形成全封闭式“空中隧道”。由于边梁承担较大的恒载、部分活载及横向风荷载等多种荷载作用,力学特征与常规预制结构有一定差异,设计中首先通过施工工序优化弱化边梁与中梁的相互影响,在此基础上,通过有限元模型,对上部结构横向分布系数、边梁与中梁的合理连接方式、边梁自身受力状态等主要力学特征进行了分析,以优化结构设计。
Some sections of Bo-Shen Expressway are located in the submerged area after the expansion of Qinglinjing Reservoir. As a Grade I water source protection area, in order to meet the functional requirements of anti-collision, anti-dumping and anti-drainage for the expressway in the reservoir area, Beams, steel truss and color steel plate, forming a fully enclosed “air tunnel”. Because the side beams take a lot of loads such as large dead load, partial live load and horizontal wind load, the mechanical characteristics have some differences from the conventional prefabricated structures. In the design, firstly, we optimize the interaction between the side beams and the middle girder through the construction process, On this basis, through the finite element model, the main mechanical characteristics of the lateral distribution coefficient of the superstructure, the reasonable connection between the side beam and the middle beam, the self-stress state of the side beam and so on are analyzed to optimize the structural design.
