2012年,中国二手工程机械的无底价拍卖元年。这一年,易极环中(北京)拍卖有限公司(以下简称易极)成立,并于当年11月18日举办了中国二手工程机械首场无底价拍卖会,拍品包括挖掘机、装载机、起重机等多种二手设备。也在这一年,全球最大工业品拍卖公司利氏兄弟拍卖行正式对外宣告其中国首场二手工程机械拍卖会的场地和时间。拍卖,特别是无底价拍卖一时间成为行业热词。易极拍卖的抢先试水以及大家对利氏兄弟中国首拍的关注,使得行业不断地对“无底价拍卖”这个词进行探讨和解读,设想二手工程机械无底价拍卖的种种优与劣。笔者参与了上述的大部分拍卖会,在与众多参与者交流沟通中,笔者收集到了诸多反馈。在此,本文汇总较为集中的9项,试图真实呈现买卖双方的感受。或许他们的观点并不全面,但却道出了无底价拍卖在当下的中国二手工程机械发展中遇到的挑战。

I participated in most of the above auction, in many exchanges and communication with participants, I collected a lot of feedback. At this point, this article is more focused on the 9, trying to truly show the feelings of buyers and sellers. Perhaps their point of view is not comprehensive, but it comes out of the bottomless auction in the current development of China’s second-hand construction machinery challenges.
