本文介绍液压系统污染来源与危害、过滤概念及控制措施、滤油器的基本形式、过滤特性和过滤精度、液压油污染程度的测试方法及过滤要求,供设计使用参考。液压油是液压系统的工作介质。它是否清洁,不仅影响液压系统的工作性能和液压元件的使用寿命,并且直接关系到液压系统能否正常工作。液压系统的故障有70%以上是由于液压油不清洁所造成的。因此,进行液压系统的污染控制是十分重要的。
This paper introduces the sources and hazards of hydraulic system pollution, the concept of filtration and control measures, the basic form of filter, filtration characteristics and filtration accuracy, hydraulic oil pollution test methods and filtration requirements for the design and use of reference. Hydraulic fluid is the hydraulic system working medium. Whether it is clean, not only affects the hydraulic system performance and hydraulic components of the service life, and is directly related to the hydraulic system can work properly. More than 70% of hydraulic system failures are caused by unclean hydraulic fluid. Therefore, the pollution control of the hydraulic system is very important.
