采用氟离子选择电极法测定了云南四个产茶地州的43个茶树栽培种样品,25个野生及近缘种样品的氟含量。结果表明,绿茶类样品的氟含量平均为87.3mg/kg,普洱熟茶类样品的氟含量平均为137.5mg/kg,6个大理茶成熟叶样品的氟含量平均为483.2mg/kg,11个茶组野生种成熟叶样品的氟含量平均为466.8mg/kg。云南野生种样品的氟含量为首次报道。
Fluorine ion-selective electrode method was used to determine the fluorine content of 43 tea cultivars and 25 wild and related species from four tea producing states in Yunnan Province. The results showed that the average fluoride content of green tea samples was 87.3mg / kg, the average fluorine content of Puer tea samples was 137.5mg / kg, and the average fluoride content of 6 mature tea leaves samples was 483.2mg / kg, 11 The average fluorine content of mature leaf samples of tea wild group was 466.8 mg / kg.
