空气气氛下采用γ射线辐照处理聚碳硅烷(Polycarbosilane,PCS)纤维,再于N2气氛下进行热处理。研究了辐照氧化及热处理过程中PCS纤维的质量、化学结构、凝胶含量的变化及热分解特性,分析了热处理对纤维不熔化的影响。研究表明:有氧辐照过程中,PCS纤维增重明显,到1.0MGy时增重可达16.6%。经热处理后,纤维质量减少,凝胶含量大幅度提升,仅辐照0.2MGy便可达99%,表明γ射线辐照氧化联合热处理可以实现低剂量下PCS纤维的不熔化处理。
Polycarbosilane (PCS) fibers were irradiated with γ-rays in an air atmosphere and then heat-treated in an atmosphere of N2. The quality, chemical structure, gel content and thermal decomposition characteristics of PCS fibers during irradiation and heat treatment were studied. The effects of heat treatment on the fiber melting were analyzed. The results showed that during the course of aerobic irradiation, the weight gain of PCS fibers was obvious, and the gain of weight gain reached 16.6% at 1.0MGy. After heat treatment, the fiber quality is reduced and the gel content is greatly improved, reaching 99% only when irradiated with 0.2MGy, which shows that the γ-ray irradiation combined with heat treatment can realize the PCS fiber melt-infiltration under low dose.
