兵团是是党、政、军、企合一的特殊组织,兵团成立后,在经济发展和社会进步方面取得了优异的成绩。目前,经济和社会的发展,对兵团的人力资源提出了更高的要求,迫使兵团开始加强人力资源的研究和开发工作。这有利于促进社会协调和兵团经济的可持续发展,既提高了部队和国家的人力资源素质,也有利于巩固国防、维持社会稳定和民族团结。本文分析兵团人力资源的现状,并提出几点措施,以利于兵团人力资源的开发和优化。
The Corps is a special organization that is a party, government, army and enterprise, and has achieved excellent results in economic development and social progress since its establishment. At present, the economic and social development has put forward even higher demands on the human resources of the Corps and forced the Corps to start to intensify the research and development of human resources. This is conducive to promoting social coordination and the sustainable development of the corps economy. It not only improves the quality of human resources of the armed forces and the country, but also helps to consolidate national defense and maintain social stability and national unity. This article analyzes the current situation of the Corps ’human resources and puts forward some measures to facilitate the development and optimization of Corps’ human resources.
