认知疗法(Congnitive ther-apy)于本世纪60~70年代在美国产生,是根据人的认知过程,影响其情绪和行为的理论假设,通过认知和行为技术来改变求治者的不良认知,从而矫正不良行为的心理治疗方法。在对学生进行心理辅导的过程中,我发现许多学生的心理问题正是由于认知上的偏差,而认知疗法中的许多技术对于这类问题是非常有效的。以下是我运用了认知疗法的理论和技术治疗一位学生的实例。
