目的 :寻找一种简便、经济、快速的脱毛技术。方法 :采用人用脱毛膏对常用的实验动物进行脱毛试验。结果 :采用人用脱毛膏对常用的 4种动物脱毛 ,小白鼠背部脱毛需 10min ;大

目的 :寻找一种简便、经济、快速的脱毛技术。方法 :采用人用脱毛膏对常用的实验动物进行脱毛试验。结果 :采用人用脱毛膏对常用的 4种动物脱毛 ,小白鼠背部脱毛需 10min ;大白鼠背部脱毛需 15min ;家兔脱毛心前区需 10min ,颈部 15min ,股部 10min ;绵羊脱毛颈部需 2 5min ,股部 2 0min。结论 :显示人用脱毛膏对常用的实验动物的被毛有较好的脱毛效果 ,并无明显的充血和炎症反应 ,优于其他去除动物被毛的方法 ,值得一用。
