黄金湾旅游综合体运动休闲中心平面形状呈8字环状,为带大跨桁架的钢框架-支撑体系,整个结构总长约222m,最大宽度82m。基于建筑功能的需要,屋面高低交错,形成一个8字环状滑雪跑道,因此结构多处形成局部错层。整个结构主要由西侧的钢框架-支撑+均匀分布的钢框筒以及连接各框筒的大跨桁架构成。结构平面复杂,多种结构体系交错连接,设计时主要着眼于以下几点:制定合理的抗震性能目标,确保关键构件的抗震性能;均匀布置抗侧力体系;优化设计大跨度桁架;连接处保证力流传递的流畅和合理。此外对大跨度桁架进行了楼板应力分析和舒适度分析。选取关键节点进行了有限元分析,确保关键节点的受力可靠。鉴于结构平面、空间关系复杂,对该项目进行了BIM设计,实现了各专业协同设计,提高了管道综合设计的准确率。
The Golden Bay Tourism Complex’s sports and leisure center is in the shape of a figure eight ring. It is a steel frame-support system with a large span truss. The total length of the structure is about 222m and the maximum width is 82m. Based on the needs of the building’s function, the roof is staggered to form an 8-character ski runway, so that the structure has multiple partial dislocations. The entire structure is mainly composed of a steel frame on the west side, a steel frame supported and uniformly distributed, and a large-span truss connecting each frame. The structure plane is complex, and various structural systems are interlaced. The design mainly focuses on the following points: formulate reasonable anti-seismic performance goals, ensure the seismic performance of key components, evenly arrange the anti-lateral force system, optimize the design of large-span trusses, and ensure the connections. The flow of force is smooth and reasonable. In addition, the stress analysis and comfort analysis of the slabs were performed on the large-span truss. Select key nodes for finite element analysis to ensure that the critical nodes are reliable. Due to the complex structure and spatial relationship, the BIM design was carried out for this project, which realized the collaborative design of various specialties and improved the accuracy of integrated pipeline design.
