目的:研究益智方中三七总皂苷对栀子提取物中栀子苷肠吸收的影响。方法:采用大鼠在体肠吸收模型比较单味栀子提取物组(单味组)与配伍三七总皂苷组(配伍组)在低、中、高浓度下有效成分栀子苷的肠吸收情况。结果:单味组低、中、高浓度的吸收速率常数分别为0.166h-1,0.135h-1,0.080h-1;配伍组低、中、高浓度的吸收速率常数为0.145h-1,0.112h-1,0.066h-1。结论:在一定浓度范围内,配伍组栀子苷的吸收速率常数K均小于单味组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: To study the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins on gut absorption in gardenia extract.
