青银注射液是根据临床急症高热用药的需要,将青蒿和金银花组方,采用蒸馏法制备的灭菌水溶液。系统研究表明:该品质量稳定,毒性小,对动物肝肾功能、血象及心电图均无影响,心、肝、肾、肺等主要脏器亦无损伤,具有明显的解热和抗感染作用。经470例临床验证,其治疗上呼吸道感染的显效率和总有效率分别为56.1％及87.7％;对急性感染性高热退热的显效率和总有效率分别为76.9％及89.9％。与目前国内同类药物比较,该品具有显效快,疗效高,副作用少的优点。
Qingyin injection is a sterile aqueous solution prepared from distillation of Artemisia annua L. and honeysuckle according to the needs of clinical acute fever medications. Systematic studies have shown that: The product is of stable quality and low toxicity. It has no effect on liver and kidney function, blood and electrocardiogram of animals, and there are no major damages to the heart, liver, kidney, lungs and other major organs. It has obvious antipyretic and anti-infective effects. After 470 cases were clinically tested, the apparent effective rate and total effective rate of treating upper respiratory tract infections were 56.1% and 87.7%, respectively; the apparent effective rate and total effective rate of acute infectious high fever were 76.9% and 89.9%, respectively. Compared with the current domestic similar drugs, this product has the advantages of rapidity, high efficacy, and less side effects.
