根据作者在国外对5种废泥浆处理的研究,使用国产凝聚剂及絮凝剂对江汉油田和江苏油田3种废泥浆进行了脱稳、固液分离的实验研究。实验中使用经改进的压滤装置,对国内外药剂的处理效果进行了对比。从环境保护的角度出发,着重研究了处理江汉油田高含盐度泥浆脱稳后所分离出的水和固体的几种方案。脱出的水可用于再配制泥浆:对脱出的固体,则可以适当的配比掺入水泥中。经固化后,可使水泥块的抗压强强度和抗折强度分别提高49%和24.4%。
According to the author’s research on the treatment of five kinds of waste mud abroad, the domestic coagulant and flocculant were used to study the destabilization and solid-liquid separation of three kinds of waste mud in Jianghan Oilfield and Jiangsu Oilfield. In the experiment, the improved filter press device was used to compare the treatment effect of domestic and foreign medicaments. From the point of view of environmental protection, several schemes for the treatment of water and solids separated after the desalination of high-salinity mud in Jianghan Oilfield are emphatically studied. Projected water can be used to reconstitute the mud: on the prolapse of solids, you can mix the appropriate ratio of cement. After curing, cement compressive strength and flexural strength can be increased by 49% and 24.4%.
