城镇化进程中,农民财产权益受到来自不同群体的侵犯,农民的土地财产权保护问题也应受到高度重视。在调查的基础上,文章从理论与实践两个方面深刻分析农民土地财产权的现状,并主要从法制的角度提出合理的建议。我们需要完善法律、健全制度,给予农民最根本、最直接的保护,把依法治国落到实处。
In the process of urbanization, peasants ’property rights and interests are infringed by different groups and peasants’ land property rights protection should also be given high priority. Based on the investigation, the article deeply analyzes the status quo of peasants’ property rights from two aspects of theory and practice, and puts forward reasonable suggestions from the perspective of legal system. We need to improve the law, improve the system, give peasants the most fundamental and direct protection, and administer the country according to law.
